We were commissioned by the agent Savills to create a brochure and a video to market vacant office space (part 5th and 6th floors 8,200 sq ft to 32,055 sq ft).
The brochure concept is a play on the expression "As Easy a Choice as ABC", symbolising the quality of the office space and great location that`s perfect for any business.
HyHAUL is the Protium led project delivering the largest hydrogen mobility corridor in the UK to accelerate the decarbonisation of the heavy haulage sector. We were commissioned by Protium to create a website that would showcase the project, with information on how it will progress. The website design used the protium brand style, using circles as graphic devices. The functionality of the website includes: content animation, roll over animations and a contact form.
Chase House is a three storey self-contained office building of 17,121 Sq Ft situated on the established Parks Business Park, Haydock. We were commissioned by the agent BE Group to create a sales brochure to market the investment sale of the office building, which is fully let to Speedy, to potential investors.

We were commissioned by the agents Cushman & Wakefield to produce a marketing brochure and signage to advertise the sale of the building to potential investors. Potential alternative uses can be considered, subject to planning.
Cinnamon Park is a highly successful business location in Birchwood, Warrington. We were recently commissioned by BE Group and JLL to create an interactive marketing brochure to promote the fully fitted vacant space (second floor 4,941 sq ft) at Two Cinnamon Park. The brochure focuses on highlighting the benefits of the office space to potential occupiers.

The brochure highlights the site`s excellent location and showcases the unique opportunity the property offers to potential investors.

We have recently completed the design and build of their website, which acts as an information hub for potential clients. The website is designed to reflect the high-end nature of the business, using bold typography and a dark colour palette that pairs well with the imagery. The website functionality includes: rollover animations, accordion menus, contact forms and interactive menus.

We were commissioned by the agents Robert Pinkus & Co and JLL, on behalf of Roundhouse Properties, to market the first floor office suite (2,498 - 4,996 sq ft) to potential occupiers.
Introducing Chatham Mill – where we have completed a full branding exercise which included a logo, brochure, signage and website. The former cotton spinning mill offers quirky and charterful workspace in a stunning Grade 2 listed office development located in the heart of Manchester’s Oxford Road corridor.
The logo design has a young playful look to it, which represents the target market. The 3D style of typography was implemented headings across the various design assets to create a uniformed style.

We have recently produced a marketing brochure and site signage to promote a new 50,000 sq ft warehouse/industrial unit on the established Waters Meeting development in Bolton. The speculative unit is due for completion in Q4, 2024. We were commissioned by the agent Nolan Redshaw, on behalf of the developer B&E Boys, to create marketing material that would promote the unit to potential occupiers.
We have just completed a set of CGI`s to support the sale of 4 luxury homes in North Wales for Helyg Homes. To create these high quality images, our team only require elevation plans and a schedule of external finishes.
We start with a plain wire frame image, once the angle/aspect is approved, we will then start to render, which becomes the finished visual.
The final images are to be used on Right Move and site marketing signage.
We`re proud to have recently worked on such an iconic building, to produce the marketing brochure for office space at The Royal Exchange in Manchester, promoting available fitted space from 5,951 sq ft to 79,006 sq ft. Dominating St. Ann’s Square, the Royal Exchange combines a nationally renowned theatre and a unique shopping experience coupled with high quality large floor plate office accommodation designed to meet the needs of a wide range of businesses.

ABeleven is a fully let, purpose built student accommodation building comprising 222 beds as a mix of 214 ensuites (96%) and 8 studios (4%), based in Aberdeen. We were recently commissioned by @cushwake to produce an investment brochure that would advertise the opportunity to potential investors.
The brochure design incorporates the graphic style of the building`s current operator u-student, helping to create a branded document.
First 4 Recruitment are a multi-sector specialist recruitment business that has been trading independently since 2017. We have recently produced a printed and digital corporate brochure for the company, which gives an overview of everything that they do.
We have recently created a brand and a marketing brochure for Station View, Talbot Gateway. Station View will feature five new build retail units, located close to Blackpool Train Station. The scheme is also located within Talbot Gateway, a major mixed-use regeneration scheme, transforming the heart of Blackpool town centre and creating the CBD - central business district.
The letter `A` in the logotype has been styled to look like train tracks, symbolising the scheme`s location. The brochure layout is designed to clearly communicate content, helping the reader to digest key bits of information.
